## Does OptiQube create a new campaign, or add ads to an existing one?

It creates a new campaign. You set the main settings in OptiQube when you activate it; everything else you can fine-tune in Meta Ads Manager. See [Activate a campaign on Meta](https://support.optiqube.ai/en/articles/activate-a-campaign).

## Why is the objective Sales? Can I change it?

OptiQube creates sales campaigns, so your product creatives bring purchases. The objective cannot be changed, but you choose what the campaign optimizes for: the performance goal and the conversion event, for example **Purchase**. For a different objective, such as Traffic, create a separate campaign in Ads Manager.

## Where do I choose the countries?

In the last step of **Set up on Meta**, under **Countries**. Cities, regions and audiences (for example a 30 km radius around Budapest, age groups, interests or remarketing) are set in Ads Manager after the campaign is created, before you switch it on.

## Can I start without any past purchases?

Yes. Past purchase data is not needed. To measure purchases you need a working Meta Pixel, which you pick in the **Conversion** step of **Set up on Meta**.

## Do I pay for the ads separately?

Yes. You pay Meta for your ad spend directly, through your own ad account. The OptiQube plan covers the app and the credits you use to make creatives.

## How much daily budget should I start with?

Meta may have its own minimum budget requirements. Base your starting budget on what a purchase is likely to cost you. With a small budget, keep to fewer ad sets so the money is not spread too thin.

## Where do I set the budget?

When you activate the campaign, in OptiQube: either one **Campaign budget** that Meta spreads across the ad sets, or a separate **Ad set budget** for each ad set. Later changes are made in Ads Manager.

## Where do I stop or change running ads?

In Meta Ads Manager: that is where you edit, pause or restart them. From the campaign page, **Open in Ads Manager** takes you there.

## Which page does a shopper land on?

Always the product's own page in your shop, where they can buy it straight away. Whatever the creative looks like, its product link leads to the same page.

## Can OptiQube start a campaign without my approval?

No. Making creatives never starts an ad or spends money. You decide when to activate it, the campaign goes up paused, and you switch it on yourself in Ads Manager. New images only go into use after you approve them.
