# Connect an XML feed

Canonical URL: https://support.optiqube.ai/en/articles/connect-an-xml-feed

If your platform is not in the list, use an XML feed. Most shop platforms and feed tools can publish a product export for Google Shopping or Meta, and OptiQube can read either format.

## What to do

1. Find your shop's **Google Shopping** or **Meta-style XML export** and copy its address.
2. In OptiQube, click the store name in the top-left corner → **Connections** → **Connect catalog**.
3. Under **Where do your products live?**, choose **XML feed**.
4. Paste the address under **Feed URL**, for example `https://yourshop.com/export/products.xml`.
5. Click **Connect feed**.
6. If OptiQube asks **Use one of your feed slots?**, confirm.

> **Watch out:** The feed URL has to open without a login. Open it in a private browser window first: if you see the XML, OptiQube can read it too.

## What OptiQube reads

For each item: `id`, `title`, `description`, `link`, `image_link` and `price`. Make sure these fields are filled in for every product you want to advertise.

> **Done when:** your products show up under **Products** in the sidebar.
