Connect Shopify

Connect a Shopify store with just its address. No app, no token.

Updated Oct 13, 2026 · 1 min read

The quickest way to connect a Shopify store: OptiQube reads your products straight from your storefront. There is nothing to install and no token to create.

What to do

  1. Click the store name in the top-left corner → Connections → Connect catalog.
  2. Under Where do your products live?, choose Shopify.
  3. Under Shop address, check the address. It is your shop's address, the one your customers visit, and OptiQube fills it in from your store.
  4. Click Connect shop.
  5. If OptiQube asks Use one of your feed slots?, confirm.

Watch out

This uses one of your plan's feed slots, and disconnecting later does not free it. See Product sources and feed slots.

What OptiQube reads

Products, prices and pictures from your storefront. They are read again on their own: every hour if the store has an active campaign or a live product group, otherwise once a day.

Password-protected store?

A password-protected or bot-guarded store keeps its catalog closed, so OptiQube cannot read it from the storefront. In that case, click Connect with a token instead under the form and follow Connect Shopify with a token.

Once connected, the source is listed with your shop's name and how many products OptiQube read, for example Shopify shop · Sissora · 124 products · 124 with an image.

Done when

your products show up under Products in the sidebar.
