Step 7 of 8

Connect your catalog

Connect your product catalog so creatives can cover your whole range and stay in sync with prices and stock.

Updated Oct 13, 2026 · 2 min read

Without a connected catalog, OptiQube can only work with the products it finds on your website. Connecting your catalog lets you roll a style out to your whole range, and it keeps prices, stock and new products in sync with your ads.

Before you start: feed slots

Watch out

Connecting a product source for the first time uses one feed slot of your plan. Disconnecting does not free the slot. Check that you connect the right source for the right store. You can see your slots under Feed slots used at the top of the Product sources page.

What to do

  1. Click the store name in the top-left corner and choose Connections.
  2. Next to Products, click Connect catalog. The Product sources page opens.
  3. Under Where do your products live?, pick your source. All six sources sit side by side.
  4. Fill in the form on the left. The steps on the right, under Where to find these, tell you where to find each value.
  5. Click Connect shop (or Connect feed for an XML feed).
  6. If the connection needs a new feed slot, OptiQube asks Use one of your feed slots? Confirm to connect.

Which source to pick

Source What you need
Shopify Just your shop's address. For a password-protected store, connect with an Admin API token instead.
WooCommerce Your shop URL and a read-only REST API key (consumer key and secret).
XML feed The URL of your Google Shopping or Meta-style XML export. It has to open without a login.
Meta catalog A catalog that already exists in Commerce Manager. Connect Meta first.
Shoprenter Your shop name, API user and API password. The API comes with the Gold plan and up.
Unas One API key with getProduct and getCategory ticked. The API comes with the PREMIUM and VIP plans.

Shop connections are read again on their own: every hour if the store has an active campaign or a live product group, otherwise once a day.

Tip

Every source you connect feeds one shared product pool, so creatives, feeds and campaigns draw from all of them at once.
